Abstract

Performance assessment or performance assessment is one of the evaluation methods used in learning mathematics. Performance appraisal can be used to measure students' ability to solve math problems at a specific responding level. Psychomotor performance assessment is a type of performance assessment that focuses on students' physical and motor abilities in completing math tasks or problems. This assessment is carried out through observation and direct observation of students when doing math assignments or exercises. This study aims to assess psychomotor performance at a specific level of responding in mathematics learning. The research method used was a case study with the research subjects being grade 8 students at SMP Negeri 2 Kedungwuni. The results of the study show that the assessment of psychomotor performance at the specific level of responding can provide accurate information about students' abilities to solve math problems. Psychomotor performance assessments can also provide useful feedback for teachers in designing more effective learning strategies.
