Peningkatan Pengenalan Bentuk Geometri Melalui Media Balok Sederhana Pada Anak Usia Dini di KB Tunas Bangsa Taman Pemalang

Abstract

This research aims to investigate increasing recognition of geometric shapes through the use of simple block media in early childhood in the Tunas Bangsa Taman Pemalang Play Group (KB). A learning approach involving simple block media is used to facilitate children's understanding of geometric concepts visually and practically. The research method used was a case study with early childhood participants at KB Tunas Bangsa Taman Pemalang. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and tests before and after the application of beam media. The research results showed a significant increase in children's understanding of geometric shapes after using simple block media. The implications of this research contribute to the development of innovative and effective learning methods in increasing the recognition of geometric shapes in early childhood.
