Pemerolehan Bahasa Jawa Terhadap Keterampilan Berbahasa Jawa pada Anak Bali di RA Muslimat Sapugarut

Abstract

The application of language in early childhood must be implemented as early as possible, even when the baby is in the mother's womb. This application is carried out so that the child does not experience speech delays in the future. The first language that must be introduced to children is the mother tongue/environmental language. If the child is in a language environment that is different from the previous environment, the child will begin to adapt again to the new language environment. The aim of this research is to determine language development, especially Javanese, in children from Bali. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with observational data collection techniques. The results of this research are a child from Bali named Syifa, at first he was not able to speak Javanese, communicating with his teacher and friends only used Indonesian. Then, he began to adapt to the environment and he began to be able to communicate using Javanese even though he used Javanese Ngoko.
