Abstract
Listening ability refers to the ability to actively listen to and understand information. The aim of this research is to determine listening skills. Early childhood. This research uses library research which only focuses on library materials and does not require field research. This research aims to add to the literature on the importance of listening skills in early life. This can help parents, teachers, and other adults focus on developing these skills for young children. Language is receptive and expressive. Listening is a receptive language skill that processes meaning through visual and verbal symbols. When children listen, Understand language based on knowledge, concepts and experiences. Good listening skills enable children to better understand teacher and parent explanations.
