This study aims to determine the writing ability of young children in group B at Ram Salafiyah Simbang Kulon. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were teachers and group B children at RAM Salafiyah Simbang Kulon, totaling 20 boys aged 5-6 years. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation methods. In research, data validity testing is often emphasized on validity and reliability tests. Writing skills are creativity that express ideas through writing. The results of the research show that the writing skills of children aged 5-6 years in Ram Salafiyah Simbang Kulon have developed well, where children can write in the form of lines, flat slant, numbers and various letters. The teacher carries out several activities that can train fine motor skills such as cutting, then the children make numbers using plasticine, etc.
