Abstract

Nutritional intake in early childhood plays a crucial role, impacting their growth and development into adulthood. One of the primary benefits of optimal nutritional intake for young children is the maintenance of their health. Consequently, the fulfillment of optimal nutritional intake influences children's academic performance in school. This study employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation and documentation. There is a significant positive correlation between inadequate nutritional intake and the health of young children. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of nutritional intake on the health of young children. The results indicate that collaboration between parents and teachers can enhance the nutritional quality of children. Effective communication between parents and teachers provides valuable information for both parties, ensuring that the food consumed by children offers optimal nutritional benefits
