Abstract

The level of bullying cases in Indonesia is still considered very high, especially since bullying cases often occur in school environments. Therefore, the movement to stop bullying must really be instilled from an early age, both in the family, community and school environment. In the school environment, the role of teachers is very important in supervising children in socializing with their peers. The role of teachers in instilling the value of stop bullying in schools is very important to create a safe and comfortable learning environment for all students. Teachers are responsible for providing students with an understanding of the importance of respecting differences, dealing with conflict positively, and maintaining mutual respect. With the active role of teachers in creating an anti-bullying school culture, it is hoped that students can understand the negative impacts of bullying behavior and become agents of change in preventing bullying in the environment around them. The purpose of this research is to find out the important role of teachers in instilling the Stop Bullying Movement in the Khalimatus Sa'diyah Krandegan Kindergarten, how teachers instill the stop bullying movement in the right-child school environment and what teacher actions are in handling bullying cases at school and teacher strategies in preventing bullying at school. This research is qualitative research using descriptive qualitative methods through interviews and direct observation with the school principal and teachers at Halimatus Sa'diyah Krandegan Kindergarten.
