The aim of this research is to explain the role of teachers and parents in forming healthy eating patterns in early childhood and the strategies of teachers and parents in forming healthy eating patterns in early childhood. This research uses qualitative field methods which require observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that many students bring unhealthy supplies. To achieve this, it is necessary to increase awareness of the importance of healthy and nutritious food for children, which is well received by parents. A more varied and healthier student lunch menu is proof of this. To help students better understand what they are learning, teachers and parents should help students eat healthy, balanced meals every day.
