Nutritious food for children's growth and development is adequate and balanced nutrition needed to support children's physical growth and cognitive development. Nutritious food has an important role in meeting children's nutritional needs, which contributes to their optimal growth and development. At ABA Aisyiah Kindergarten, Pekalongan City, the teacher's role is in introducing nutritious food for optimal child growth and development. This research aims to evaluate the role of teachers in introducing nutrition for children's growth and development at ABA Aisyiah Kindergarten, Pekalongan City. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews with teachers, and analysis of documents related to the school food curriculum. In showing that the role of teachers is very important in introducing nutritious food to children aged 5-6 years. Teachers act as facilitators in creating a learning environment that supports children's understanding and appreciation of nutritious food. Teachers use various methods and strategies, such as stories, games and practical activities, to introduce nutritious foods in an interesting and interactive way. The results of this research show that the role of teachers in introducing nutritious food shows that as teachers they also play a role in guiding children to develop healthy eating habits and choose foods that are good for their bodies. Teachers play a role in providing information to parents about nutritious food, as well as providing advice and support in overcoming problems related to children's eating patterns. Through good cooperation between teachers and parents, efforts to introduce nutritious food can be carried out consistently and integrated between the school and home environments.
