PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI LIVE WORKSHEETS DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DAN BUDI PEKERTI PADA SISWA KELAS X 1 SMA N 4 PEKALONGAN

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the low enthusiasm for student learning in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning process at SMA Negeri 4 Pekalongan. This is caused by monotonous learning methods and the lack of use of effective learning media, so that the classroom atmosphere is not conducive and students tend to be passive. This research aims to: 1) Examine the implementation of learning using the Live Worksheets online application in class X 1, and 2) Analyze the increase in student learning motivation by using this application. The method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK), which consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The instruments used include observation sheets of student and teacher activities, questionnaires, and interviews with teachers. The research results show that the use of Live Worksheets can increase motivation to learn PAI on the material Avoiding Promiscuity and Adultery. The average percentage of student activity observations increased from 72% in cycle I to 80.7% in cycle II. Apart from that, the average results of the student learning motivation questionnaire also increased from 71.2% in cycle I to 82.3% in cycle II. This research proves that the use of the Live Worksheets application is effective in increasing student motivation and participation in PAI learning.
