UPAYA MENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BAHASA ANAK MELALUI PERMAINAN KARTU HURUF DI KELOMPOK B RA MASYITHOH MNU BALAPULANG

This research aims to improve children's language skills through letter card games in Group B RA Masyithoh MNU Balapulang for the 2021/2022 academic year. The letter card game method is a learning method that can improve children's language skills, because language has a very important role in human life, so that language learning is not boring, we use the letter card game method. This research aims to: 1) develop language skills in children; and 2) provide fun learning through game methods with letter cards in group B RA Masyithoh Muslimat NU Balapulang. The research method was carried out using classroom action through two cycles. The research subjects were students from the RA Masyithoh Muslimat NU Balapulang group, which consisted of 10 children, 5 girls and 5 boys. Data collection methods are used through observation, documentation, and performance methods. The pre-cycle results show that the children's abilities in language development are not good, none have yet reached the BSB criteria. In Cycle I children's language abilities increased to reach the BSB criteria of 40% or 4 children and in Cycle II children's language abilities increased again to reach the criteria BSB 90% or 9 children.
