PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN DAN JUMLAH PENDUDUK TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGANGGURAN DI JAWA TENGAH TAHUN 2022

Abstract

Unemployment is a problem that is difficult to overcome in Indonesia, especially since the number of graduates from school to university is increasing every year. The large number of unemployed people makes the unemployment rate even higher, while on the other hand there are fewer and fewer jobs or the existing jobs have not yet reached the level of manpower that exists in Indonesia. The open unemployment rate is the percentage of the number of unemployed to the number of workers. Thus, the aim of this research is to determine the effect of education level and population on the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2022. In this research, researchers used a quantitative approach method with explanatory research. The results of the research show that the Education Level variable has no influence on the unemployment rate in Central Java in 2022. Meanwhile, the Population Variable has an influence on the Unemployment Rate in Central Java in 2022.
