Pemertahanan Budaya Bali pada Anak Usia Dini Melalui Kegiatan Seni dan Tari Tradisional

Abstract

Bali is one of the attractions of the world today, with customs that are customary and difficult to change, but in this context, culture can provide inspiration and encouragement about discrimination related to religious moderation, Bali has some wisdom values that can be used as role models, especially for early childhood. The island of Bali has many cultural heritages and customs that are very thick. This research aims to find out and analyse the preservation of Balinese culture in early childhood through kecak dance activities through kecak dance performance activities at Cening Bagus and Puspanjali traditional dance at Sanggar Dewi Ratih. The research method used is qualitative field with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the preservation of Balinese culture in early childhood through Kecak dance performance activities and Puspanjali traditional dance is still very thick with the customs and harmony in Balinese culture, with the first activity, namely Kecak dance performances can develop children's talents and creativity through sound and movement, while the second is Puspanjali traditional dance which can also support children's creativity, cultural identity, cultural tolerance and ancestral values by instilling very neat cultural values. In addition, this activity also helps early childhood to develop motor, cognitive, social and emotional aspects.
