PEMANFAATAN MEDIA DIGITAL INTERAKTIF DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Abstract: The development of digital technology today has had a great influence on the world of education, including at the elementary school level. One of the innovations that is widely used by educators is the use of interactive digital media in the learning process. Interactive digital media is a technology-based learning tool that allows direct interaction between students and teaching materials visually, audio, and kinesthetics. This article aims to discuss how the use of interactive digital media can increase the effectiveness of learning in elementary schools, both in terms of learning interest, student activity, and understanding of the material. Through a literature review and examples of practice in the field, this article shows that media such as animated videos, educational games, learning applications, and other digital platforms are able to create a more fun and less boring learning atmosphere. Students become more enthusiastic about following the lessons and understand the concepts taught faster. Teachers are also more helped because the material can be delivered in a more creative and varied way. However, there are still some challenges such as limited infrastructure and lack of teacher training. Thus, the use of interactive digital media in elementary school learning has great potential to be developed, as long as there are adequate facilities and digital competence from teachers that continues to be improved. This utilization is in line with efforts to create learning that is adaptive to the development of the times and the needs of students in the digital era.
