Abstract

This study is motivated by the increasing importance of adaptive and data-based evaluation in improving the quality of learning processes. MI Salafiyah Sidorejo, located in Batang Regency, has implemented the Learning analytics  approach as a strategic method that enables teachers to systematically analyze student learning data. The purpose of this study is to describe how Learning analytics  is implemented, identify the influencing factors, and examine its impact on learning practices. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with classroom teachers as the main subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively. The results show that teachers consistently analyze both formative and summative assessments using manual records and simple digital tools such as Microsoft Excel. Institutional support, ongoing training, and collaborative coordination serve as important enabling factors. Although teachers apply different techniques, particularly between digital and manual approaches, these differences do not hinder the evaluation objectives. The implementation of Learning analytics  has significantly enhanced instructional decisions, improved students’ comprehension, and contributed to a more organized and reflective evaluation system. Therefore, Learning analytics  has proven to be an effective strategy for adaptive evaluation in primary education environments that aim to utilize learning data meaningfully.
