Abstract

Creative skills are the skills that students need to in facing global challenges, but in reality
student creativity in learning activities is still low. in learning activities is still relatively low. This can
be seen from lack of active involvement of students in the learning process in class. In addition, students
also rarely convey their ideas or opinions, so that the learning process becomes less creative and
innovative. Learning process becomes less creative and innovative. This research aims to find out the
strategies applied by teachers in integrating creative thinking skills into the learning process in grade 1
of SDN 02. creative thinking skills into the learning process in grade 1 of SDN 03 Legokgunung.

data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. For data analysis
techniques used The data analysis technique used is the miles and huberman model (data reduction,
data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification). The results showed that the teacher used various methods methods to foster creativity, such as the application of project-based learning model, the use of educational games, group discussions, and questioning. However, there are obstacles such as
limited technology facilities and the unavailability of structured creativity assessment instruments.
