Education must adapt to technological advancements to meet the demands of a digital society that increasingly relies on technology. Effective learning in the digital era requires media with new approaches that encourage active interaction. However, many teachers are still unaware of the importance of utilizing technology, resulting in conventional, less engaging learning processes that negatively impact student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of interactive animated video-based learning media in the IPAS subject to improve students' learning outcomes. The research employed the R&D method using the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques included interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Primary data sources were grade IV teachers and students at SDN 01 Kepatihan, as well as media and content experts. Secondary data sources included previous studies relevant to this research. The results showed that the interactive animated video media obtained a feasibility score of 85% from media experts and 92.5% from content experts, both categorized as "very feasible." Practicality assessments showed 97% from teachers and 94% from students, both categorized as "very feasible." The effectiveness score based on students’ pretest average of 61 increased to 85 in the posttest. Therefore, this media is highly feasible to use and effectively improves student learning outcomes.
