Transforming learning in Islamic Elementary Schools (MI) and Elementary Schools (SD) has become an urgent need in today's digital era, especially after the pandemic accelerated the adoption of technology in education. This change demands strengthening digital literacy for teachers and students, as well as instilling ethics in the use of technology so that the learning process is effective, safe, and responsible. This article discusses the importance of integrating digital literacy, such as the ability to access, understand, and utilize digital information in basic learning, as well as the urgency of implementing technological ethics, which includes awareness of digital footprints, data security, and wise use of social media. Through a descriptive-qualitative approach based on a literature review and analysis of current conditions in elementary education units, it was found that the main challenges lie in the digital infrastructure gap, limited teacher competency, and minimal guidance on device use at home. Therefore, a collaborative strategy is needed between the government, schools, and parents to strengthen digital literacy and build an ethical culture in technology use from an early age. Thus, the transformation of learning in MI/SD will not only focus on the use of technology but also on developing students' digitally intelligent and responsible character.
