PEMANFAATAN MEDIA MATH PLAYGROUND DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI SD ANAK EMAS KOTA DENPASAR

Math Playground is an interactive digital learning media that presents educational games to help students understand mathematical concepts in a fun way. This study aims to: 1) describe the advantages and disadvantages of using Math Playground media in mathematics learning at SD Anak Emas, Denpasar City; 2) describe the effectiveness of using Math Playground media in mathematics learning at SD Anak Emas, Denpasar City. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews with class teachers, direct observation of learning activities, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that: 1) the use of Math Playground media has a number of advantages, including being able to increase student interest and motivation because of the interactive and fun presentation of material, and encouraging active student involvement through educational game-based activities. Students become more enthusiastic, focused, and brave in expressing opinions and working together in groups. However, there are also several disadvantages, such as limited access to a stable internet network, and the need for intensive guidance from teachers so that learning is not only centered on games, but remains oriented towards achieving competencies and learning objectives. 2) Overall, Math Playground media is considered effective in creating a more interesting, fun, and participatory learning atmosphere in elementary school mathematics classes.
