OPTIMALISASI PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INGGRIS MELALUI TEKNOLOGI
Abstract
Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) itself is a forum for sharing experiences and knowledge between teachers in the subject, able to improve the pedagogical and professional competence of teachers in their fields and as a forum to continue to update the latest information about learning needs. English teachers can hold activities in the search for updated information by inviting resource persons according to their needs. the experience that is more needed by teachers today does not run away from how teachers can be IT literate, how to use the Kine Master application to prepare creative learning videos, use the online assessment platform through the dojo class application, make creative E-books by utilizing the flip book maker applicationIn addition, KineMaster videos can share YouTube, WhatsApp directly or in groups on social media platforms such as Facebook, Google Classroom, and Zoom Could, Meeting. This is to make it easier for teachers to publish videos and for students to easily access them. With this, it is hoped that students will get their own fare and avoid the word 'bored' in learning, especially in the online learning process.
