UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN JIGSAW PADA MATERI MENITI HIDUP DENGAN KEMULIAAN DI SMAN 1 KALANGANYAR

Abstract

The research was motivated by the fact that there was still low student learning achievement in PAI class X at SMAN 1 Kalanganyar, Lebak Regency. This is indicated by the learning outcomes of students who are still many below the KKM and the learning outcomes do not achieve classical completeness. The Jigsaw Learning Model can be an alternative to improve student learning outcomes. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting further research on the Jigsaw Learning model in improving student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of the Jigsaw Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in PAI Class X Material Pursuing Life with Glory at SMAN 1 Kalanganyar, Lebak Regency. The type of research used in this study is class action research. The subjects in this study were students of class X IPS 1 SMAN 1 Kalanganyar Lebak Regency in the 2022/2023 academic year totaling 36 students. The data collection techniques used were observation sheets, tests, and documentation.Based on the results of the research obtained, it can be concluded that the use of the Jigsaw Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes, especially in PAI subjects in the material of Pursuing Life with Glory Class X at SMAN 1 Kalanganyar Lebak Regency. This is evidenced by the value of student learning achievement before the action or pre-cycle with an average score of 64.44 then increased in cycle I with an average student score of 74.72 then increased again in cycle II with an average student score of 85.28. Then for learning completeness before the action or pre-cycle only 15 students were complete with classical completeness of 35.45%, in cycle I there were 22 students who were complete with classical completeness of 69.44%, in cycle II there were 30 students who were complete with classical completeness of 97.22%.
