Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of class III students at SD Negeri Bongkok 02 for the 2022/2023 academic year in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character in the An Nashr letter material through the card sort method. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles with 3 meetings per cycle. Each cycle consists of several stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The first and second cycles discuss the main material of knowing the meaning of clean and healthy. The subjects in this research were class III students at SD Negeri Bongkok 02 for the 2022/2023 academic year, consisting of 23 students. The main techniques for collecting data are carried out by means of tests and observations, while supporting techniques use interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the card sort method can improve the learning outcomes of class III students starting from pre-action, cycle I and cycle II, namely 34.78% in the pre-action stage, increasing to 69.57% in cycle I and again increasing to 86.96. % in cycle II. The conclusion of this research is that the card sort method can improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education and Characteristics for class III students at SD Negeri Bongkok 02 for the 2022/2023 academic year.
