UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PADA MATA PELAJARAN PAI MATERI ETOS KERJA MELALUI METODE NHT DI SMK DIPONEGORO

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Characteristics (BP) in class The research subjects were 20 female students who had difficulty meeting the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) in this subject. Data was collected through documentary techniques, tests, interviews and observations, then analyzed using the descriptive percentage method with success indicators, namely a minimum individual score of 75 and a classical score of 85%. The research results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes, with an average class score before the action of 55.7 and completeness of 11.2%, increasing in cycle 1 to 86.9, and in cycle 2 reaching 90 with classical completeness of 100%. The Numbered Heads Together (NHT) method has proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes in Work Ethic material. It is hoped that this research will become a reference for teaching staff to improve the quality of learning with active, innovative, creative and fun methods.
