About the Journal
The International Conference On Sharia and Legal Studies is a peer-reviewed proceedings published by the Faculty of Sharia, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Pekalongan, Indonesia. The proceedings specializes Sub Themes: Islamic Law, International Law, Private Law, Business Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Comparative Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Law and Gender issue, Law and freedom religion, Labour Law Issue, Law, culture, and identity, Law and Human Right, and other related studies.
Proceedings contributions from researchers, scholars, as well as professionals in the realm of Islamic law to communicate their original research and current issues on the subject. All submitted manuscripts are subject to a double-blind review process.
Proceedings International Conference On Sharia and Legal Studies is an open access Proceedings which demonstrates that all content is freely available without any charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts of the published articles, and use them for any other lawful purpose, without requesting for permission from the publisher or the author. This aligns with the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) principles of open access.
The ICSLS is proceeding series aims to publish proceedings from conferences on the theories and methods in fields of Sharia and legal studies research. All proceedings in this series are open access, i.e. the articles published in them are immediately and permanently free to read, download, copy & distribute. Each volume is published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 user license which defines the permitted 3rd-party reuse of its articles. The Authors presenting in the international conferences get opportunity to showcase their work online and secure their intellectual property rights. The online publication of each proceedings is sponsored by the conference organizers and hence no additional publication fees are required. JICP helps the Conference Organisers to increase impact of their conference with Online Abstract Book and also full paper book and Indexed Publication of the abstracts. The Authors presenting in the international conferences get opportunity to showcase their work online and secure their intellectual property rights.
The ICSLS vision is to publishing scholarly empirical and theoretical research articles, which offer its authors and readers a combination of academic rigor and professional development. We cannot achieve our mission without the contribution of authors who write and produce the articles of the highest quality. We are continue to develop a community that composed of professionals and experts with backgrounds in a variety of subject areas concentrating on business, management and economics and from different parts of countries.
