The Proceeding of ICRCS https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs
A. Background

The era of artificial intelligence has undermined the human spirit so that humans have lost themselves because many of their roles have been replaced by technology. Promotion by the Indonesia Waqf Board is more on the cash waqf movement for investation through Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk. It surely has made studies on cash waqf for economic empowerment for weak people receive less attention. Even if there is a study on it, it is done more on the role of the Micro Waqf Bank, which in its legal format according to Indonesian laws and regulations is more accurately referred to as a microfinance institution than a waqf management institution. Hence, this study was conducted to review the legality aspects of cash waqf to find the possibility of growing the cash waqf movement for the economic empowerment of the people. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach by using documentation techniques in its data collection to answer the research questions. The opinions of classical Islamic law scholars, regulations and articles related to waqf were used as data sources to be analysed. The results of the study show that the cash waqf movement for community economic empowerment in the form of revolving loans for the development of SMEs actually has “fresh air” to be developed. It just needs a lot of effort considering that Indonesian Muslims still question the validity of cash waqf itself because most of them follow the Shafi'i school which does not allow cash waqf.
Agus Fakhrina, Imam Fatkhullah, Rizki Isnaeni Copyright (c) 2023 The Proceeding of ICRCS https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1539 Fri, 29 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Impulsive Buying Tendency in Review of Understanding Zuhud in BTS ARMY Fandom in Bandar Lampung https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1525
Impulsive buying is an irrational purchase accompanied by a deep emotional impulse in individuals which is reflected in product buying behavior. In fact, Islam teaches its followers not to overdo it in purchasing needs. Therefore, Islam recognizes the concept of zuhud which is an attitude of not depending on something worldly or material and property. Zuhud plays a role in fostering human spirituality in order to recognize God and keep away from excessive love for material things so that they forget what they need themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between understanding zuhud and impulsive buying tendencies in the BTS ARMY Fandom in Bandar Lampung. This research uses quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques involving 137 people. The data collection method uses 2 scales, impulsive buying tendency scale of 20 items (α = 0.905) and zuhud scale of 31 items (α = 937). The analysis technique used is product moment correlation with the help of SPSS 29.0 for windows software. The results showed that there is a significant negative relationship between understanding zuhud and impulsive buying tendencies with the coefficient r = -0.37 and p = 0.01 (p < 0.05) with an effective contribution of 22.3%, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
Ade Alfira Yuniar, M. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan as a beginner voter who is smart in using his right to vote. Indicators for intelligent voters are assumed to be at least giving their right to vote in the general election, being able to internalize an anti-money politics attitude. To respond to this, the researchers conducted action research in the form of a questionnaire on students at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan as an effort to actualize the values of Sufism among novice voters, in this case students. This research uses a descriptive method using al-Ghazali's Sufism approach with data obtained through questionnaires, books, journals and various articles related to this research. This research was conducted on 100 new students. This research measures the extent to which new students understand the perspective of Sufism as novice voters. The results of the research show that the participation rate of new students among first-time voters is still low, awareness as a first-time voter is still lacking and understanding of the importance of exercising voting rights is still relatively below average.
Nico Yuanda Rais, Eko Seftio, Aris Priyanto Copyright (c) 2023 The Proceeding of ICRCS https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1529 Fri, 29 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Parenting Stress in Prison Mothers: How Important is Patience? https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1526
Prisoners who take care of children in women’s prison are very vulnerable to experiencing parenting stress due to limited space for movement, feelings of isolation, and contamination from other prisoners. For this reason, specific characteristics are needed in the inmates to reduce parenting stress, which creates psychological pressure through patience. Patience plays a role in self-control of negative emotions and behavior. This study aims to explore the dynamics of parenting stress and the patience of prisoner who take care of children in women’s prison. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects used were three inmates who took care of children in women’s prison. The data were analyzed using the qualitative data analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that the dynamics of parenting stress in inmates arise from aspects such as parents' stressful experiences, feelings of social isolation, parents' health, children's adaptability, and children's attachment to parents. The patience of inmates who care for children in women’s prison is to accept God's destiny, have good prejudices, be sincere, surrender, be grateful, be optimistic, and always protect, educate, and strengthen children.
Leli Liviya, M. Self-diagnosis of mental health can cause problems such as reading the wrong diagnosis, mishandling, undetected disorders, and misperceptions of mental illness. This study aims to discover how AI-based counseling improves self-understanding through self-diagnosis of Generation Z. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with five high school adolescents as subjects who have self-diagnosed their health or mental health to help improve their understanding of self-diagnosis. Implementation of this research using purposive sampling technique in taking research samples. Based on the results of the study, it shows that 1) some adolescents who carry out self-diagnosis feel that their mental health is disturbed as the consequence hinders daily life, 2) they experience excessive anxiety when carrying out an activity and often feel afraid when the self-diagnosis they made become a reality, and 3) feel pressured that the results of the diagnosis are not necessarily correct, but the mental disorders they feel as a result of self-diagnosis cannot be avoided. This research also shows that, in dealing with such phenomenon of self-diagnosis, Generation Z youth need to develop critical skills in evaluating the information they find online. Utilizing AI in counseling can help increase self-understanding about self-diagnosis and adolescent mental health.
Andiniyasmin Difebrian, Dizha Zasqi Ananda Prameswari, Mira Mareta Copyright (c) 2023 The Proceeding of ICRCS https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1540 Fri, 29 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Digital Aurat: Privacy Protection and Information Sharing Ethics in Islamic Perspective in the Age of Technology https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1542
The development of information technology and the internet has fundamentally changed the landscape of communication and access to information, especially for the millennial generation. In this era, the emergence of the concept of "digital aurat" has become a crucial guideline in regulating the boundaries of privacy and ethics in sharing information in an increasingly connected virtual world. This research adopts a rationalistic concept analysis approach and a reflective-content analysis method to explore the meaning and implications of "digital aurat" from an Islamic perspective and religious values. The results confirm that the concept of "digital aurat" shows the urgency of the importance of maintaining privacy and setting appropriate boundaries when interacting in cyberspace. This concept is in line with the principles of Islamic maqashidu sharia, such as hifdzul 'irdli (protecting honor), hifdzun nafsi (protecting the soul and body), and hifdzul mali (protecting wealth). In addition, "digital aurat" is also closely related to the values of humanization, liberation, and transcendence in an increasingly widespread digital context, providing a deep perspective on how Islamic religious education can adapt and provide ethical guidance in this increasingly digitized modern era.
Rizky Maulana Aziz, Mukh Nursikin Copyright (c) 2023 The Proceeding of ICRCS https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1542 Fri, 29 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Dhikr to Allah as A Medium for Health and Quality in The Industrial Era 5.0 https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1543
The industrial era 5.0 that is happening at this time must be propely addressed by all of human beings, especially the people of Indonesia. Islam itself divides verses into two, namely qauliyah verses and kauniyah verses. The qauliyah verse is the text of the Qur'an itself, while the kauniyah verse is a natural phenomenon which will reveal very sophisticated technological knowledge of the universe. Islamic science is a derivative of the qauliyah verse, while science is a derivative of the kauniyah verse. From this perspective, the integration of Islamic knowledge and science should become commonplace. In fact, the two reinforce each other, that Islamic knowledge adds to the validity of science, and vice versa. Just like sufism which lives in Islam, it has also recently been combined with psychotherapy which incidentally originates from the West. However, Sufism, whose object is not empirical, is more prone to being misunderstood if clear boundaries are not given. Especially if it is combined with psychotherapy which is included in psychological studies. So this article attempts to analyze the integration of sufism and psychotherapy with a philosophical perspective as the root of the science. This qualitative research will look at the ontology, epistemology and axiology of sufism and psychotherapy; Then the author will analyze these three elements so that the results of this research will answer what the object of the science of sufism and psychotherapy is, what the boundaries of the science of sufism psychotherapy are, and what are the goals of integrating the science of Sufism and the science of psychotherapy.
Ulviana Ulviana Copyright (c) 2023 The Proceeding of ICRCS https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1544 Fri, 29 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Industrial Dakwah and Youth Transformation Towards a Moderate Understanding of Islam https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1545
In the era of digital information that continues to develop, young people are very exposed to various perspectives and information, both positive and negative, regarding Islam. Industrial preachers, with their technological skills and deep insight into contemporary youth, have emerged as significant agents of change in creating a balanced understanding of Islam. This article explores the various strategies they used to achieve this goal, including leveraging social media, an inclusive educational approach, and building strong role models. This research is a literature study with a rationalistic approach. Data analysis uses reflective thinking logic to interpret Moderate Islamic values. The results of the research show that there are already many Islamic religious leaders in Indonesia who apply social media for preaching such as Quraish Shihab, Habib Ja'far, Adi Hidayat, Gus Baha and others. This Industrial Dakwah can also reform youth in understanding Moderate Islam because they can choose the content they want. Moderate Islamic understanding also comes from the culture and experience of the individual. Furthermore, the phenomenon of digital da'wah in Indonesia is marked by people who are still somewhat blind about the digitization of da'wah, most of whom are elderly.
Zainal Arifin, Edi Cahyono Copyright (c) 2023 The Proceeding of ICRCS https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1545 Fri, 29 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Rifa'iyah Pre-Marriage Tradition in Dialetics of Interpretation by Tabyin al-Islah in Nusantara https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1541
Rifa'iyah has a unique tradition in preparing prospective brides or pre-wedding teenagers to build readiness both in terms of spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and social aspects for the realization of a sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah family. This article discusses (1) how is the dialectic of society with the Rifa'iyah premarital tradition which refers to the interpretation of the Tabyin al-Islah?; (2) how is the development and shift of Rifa'iyah pre-wedding tradition since the time of K.H.A Rifa'i until now?; The method used in this research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and analysis of Hermeneutics J.E. Gracia. The results of this study are as follows (1) the pre-wedding tradition in Rifa'iyah still continues to have a dialectic with the community through the necessity of studying the Tabyin al-Islah book until khatam before marriage in order to make the marriage eternal and happy; (2) There is a development and a shift in tradition in the tajdid of Rifa'iyah marriage. At the time of K.H.A. Rifa'i marriage contract occurred twice, at the KUA and at home by the kyai. This is because the majority of the penghulu are not just murshid who are under the orders of the pagan-colonial government but now Rifa'iyah's marriage does not have a marriage tajdid meaning that it involves the penghulu directly but the task is only to record the marriage and the marriage contract is only done once by prioritizing Rifa'iyah kyai as guardian and marriage witness.
Noviqotul Munawaroh, Shinta Nurani Copyright (c) 2023 The Proceeding of ICRCS https://proceeding.uingusdur.ac.id/index.php/icrcs/article/view/1541 Fri, 29 Dec 2023 00:00:00 +0700
