Membangun Moderasi Keberagamaan Melalui Pendidikan

Abstract

One of the problems still faced by the Indonesian nation in its 74th year of independence is the emergence of a radical Islamic movement. Historically, the radical Islamic movement has occurred since several decades ago, but until now the radical Islamic movement seems to have not disappeared from the religious and national discourse of Indonesian society. There have been several attempts by the government to reduce the radical Islamic movement, including political, social and economic approaches. Another approach that seems necessary to reduce the radical Islamic movement is to strengthen the building of religious moderation through education.
