DEVELOPMENT OF AN EDUCATION MANAGEMENT MODEL BASED ON THE MENTAL WELL-BEING OF TEACHERS AND STUDENTS

Abstract

The growing psychological pressure faced by teachers and students in modern education highlights the need for an educational management approach that considers mental well-being. This study aims to develop an education management model oriented towards the mental well-being of both teachers and students. A literature review method was employed by analyzing scholarly sources related to educational management, mental health, and psychological approaches in school environments. The findings indicate that mental well-being significantly influences learning effectiveness, student engagement, as well as teacher performance and resilience. The proposed model consists of five key components: psychosocial support, mental health training, empathetic communication, well-being-based evaluation, and school-parent collaboration. In conclusion, integrating mental well-being into education management systems is crucial for fostering a healthy, adaptive, and sustainable learning environment. The study recommends implementing well-being-based policies and providing intensive training for educators and school managers.
