ANALYSIS OF THE ROLE OF PARENTS IN GUIDING CHILDREN TO UNDERSTAND EDUCATION

Education is an effort to improve the quality of life and human resources. Because education is the spearhead of a nation's intellectual development, one of its goals is to enhance student creativity in school learning. Creativity is an indicator of student success in the learning process and plays a crucial role in achieving learning objectives. Students who are creative in learning will demonstrate their creativity in various activities. To address this issue, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research information was collected from students at SDIT AT-THABRONIYAH. In selecting informants, the researcher chose purposive sampling, which involves selecting informants based on research criteria. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews and direct observation (participant as observer). Data analysis was conducted by creating explanations that could provide concrete and in-depth explanations. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that students of SDIT AT-THABRONIYAH understand the importance of education for the future, as well as the role of parents, which also plays a very important role in shaping children's character from an early age, so parents do not only hand over their children completely to teachers at school but also have to take part in supervising learning at home.
