THE ROLE OF EL-MUSYAFI'AH TPA IN SHAPEING THE MORAL AND CHARACTERISTICS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN IN KALIPUCANG VILLAGE, BANTUL REGENCY, YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Children's education must be applied from an early age, especially religious, moral and moral education so that children have strong faith and become pious and pious next generations. Limitations such as lack of attention, time and knowledge

of the Islamic religion of parents, therefore parents can submit their children's education to school institutions and community environmental institutions such as TPA in the community. The purpose of this study aims to determine the role of El- Musyafi'ah TPA in shaping the morals and morals of elementary/MI age children and to find out the inhibiting and driving factors in the formation of morals and morals of SD/MI age. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach and using data collection techniques in the form of interview, documentation and observation techniques. The results of this study are first, the role of El-Musyafi'ah TPA in shaping the morals and morals of elementary/MI children is carried out through religious guidance related to the delivery of material, the use of methods, approaches and implementation of activities. The material presented is related to the main material and additional material. Second, the driving factors consist of parents, children's motivation and the community environment while the inhibiting factors consist of the influence of peers, mass media and teaching staff at the TPA.
