Implementation of Student Management in Develepment Noble Character of Students at Mts Muhammadiyah Darussalam Talun Pekalongan

Abstrak

This study aims to (1) describe the description of the Noble Moral Development of Students. (2) To describe the reality of student management (3) To describe the efforts made by the Principal in Student Management in fostering Student Morals at MTs Muhammadiyah Darussalam Talun Pekalongan. These problems are discussed using a type of qualitative research with the results of the final data in the form of descriptive descriptions. Methods of data collection using documentation techniques, observation, interviews (interviews), and data triangulation. The data analysis technique uses several stages, namely: data reduction, data display, and data verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that students always get used to greeting and students get used to shaking hands when leaving for school and when they come home from school. The reality of student management at MTs Muhammadiyah Darussalam Talun, it is necessary to pay attention to activities starting from student admissions, student coaching, and completion of student programs. Based on these three main tasks, student management in this school is closely related to the following matters: student planning, new student admissions, new student orientation period, managing student attendance and absence, evaluating student learning outcomes, managing student level increases, managing students who mutation and drop out, coaching student discipline, coaching students who have graduated. Efforts made by the head of the madrasa in the field of student management in an effort to foster students' noble character through activities include activities such as faith development including Duha prayer, Dhuhur prayer in congregation, reciting the Koran before the KBM is carried out and memorizing Asmaul Husna every day, the spirit of dawn and eating together. every time they take part in extracurricular activities including tapak Suci, HW, recitations, drumbend, choir. Student Discipline Development includes the rules of conduct for students at MTs Muhammadiyah Darussalam Talun Pekalongan.
