Abstract

The utilization of mobile applications has become a trend in various aspects of life, including religious education. This research aims to investigate how mobile applications can be effective tools in supporting the learning of the Qur'an and Hadith. This research method involves an in-depth literature review of various mobile applications available for Islamic education, focusing on the Qur'an and Hadith. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, an analysis is conducted to identify the key features present in these applications and how these features support the learning of the Qur'an and Hadith. The research results indicate that mobile applications have introduced significant innovations in Qur'anic and Hadith learning. Features such as text translation, interpretation, and learning notes provide easier and quicker access for users to understand religious content. Additionally, search and index features assist users in quickly and efficiently finding specific verses or hadiths. Some applications also offer interactive features, such as quizzes and discussion forums, which enhance user engagement in learning. The utilization of mobile applications in Qur'anic and Hadith learning has significant implications in the context of religious education. These applications enable independent and flexible learning, allowing individuals to study Islam anytime and anywhere according to their needs and preferences. However, it should be noted that the success of using mobile applications in religious education also depends on factors such as content quality, user-friendly interface design, and adequate technical support.
