The type of research in this study is qualitative, where the researcher obtains a general overview of cryptocurrency investment. The data analysis techniques used are literature studies, observation, and interviews. The results of the research show that the legal position of using cryptocurrency as an investment tool is not prohibited. This is found in Bappebti's provisions, which regulate whether or not investment can be implemented. As long as it does not conflict with state regulations, it can, in essence, be used. As an archipelago, Indonesia has diverse economic potential in each region, but inequality remains a major challenge. Economic development in Indonesia often focuses on economic growth alone, without paying attention to equitable development which should be a priority. This study highlights that sustainable economic development shoul d include equitable distribution of the benefits of economic growth. Various theories, such as economic growth theory, sustainable development, and regional economics, provide the necessary insights in understanding the complexity of this issue. This research uses a descriptive and exploratory qualitative approach, by collecting data from primary and secondary sources. By looking at relevant theories, this study highlights the importance of sustainable economic development, not just economic growth. The results and discussion of this study show that the government needs to make concrete efforts to address economic disparities, especially by strengthening access to equitable development. This includes improving infrastructure in remote areas, increasing access to health and education services, and policies that support economic equity. This research aims to analyze the implementation of social assistance in Ambokulon Village by evaluating its effectiveness for disadvantaged communities. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method or what is often called field research, namely to provide data from the process of implementing social assistance from the government for disadvantaged communities. which occurred in Ambokulon Village, Comal District, Pemalang Regency, based on data analysis it can be concluded that there is a need to verify and update population data every year so that no social security is missed by pre-prosperous communities. In connection with this problem, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of halal certification and Islamic business ethics on consumer satisfaction, the influence of halal certification and Islamic business ethics on purchasing decisions, the influence of purchasing decisions on consumer satisfaction, as well as the influence of halal certification and Islamic business ethics through decisions. purchases on consumer satisfaction. This research is a type of quantitative research. The data collection method used was the questionnaire method with a sample of 30 respondents. The sampling technique uses the accidental sampling method. This research uses the path analysis method with the help of the SPSS version 26.0 software application.
